Moving just got more affordable with Zero Deposit! 

Save on your upfront costs through our Zero Deposit option offered through LeaseLock. As a benefit to everyone who is approved for an apartment home, simply choose the Zero Deposit alternative at the time of application and avoid any up-front deposit costs.

How does it work?

There is a $29 non-refundable Zero Deposit waiver fee paid each month with your rent and in return, your up-front security deposit is waived. The Zero Deposit waiver fee continues throughout the entire length of your tenure in our community and renews with every new lease term, but you have the option to opt-out and pay the deposit at the time of renewal. When you decide to move out, you will be responsible for all final charges and balances and will be presented with a Final Account Statement as normal.
